Role Summary – SIP Administrator, Employee Services

Join a dynamic, Share Incentive Plan (SIP) Operations team that plays a critical role in helping employees across major organisations share in their company’s success. With over 20 specialist colleagues based in Worthing, Chennai, and Bangalore, you’ll become part of a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where accuracy, teamwork and problem‑solving really matter.

This is a hybrid role (60:40 office split) offering flexibility, support, and the chance to build deep expertise in a high‑value area of financial services.

What You’ll Do

As a SIP Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring the smooth, compliant, and timely running of one of the industry’s most significant employee share plans.

You’ll work within a close‑knit sub‑team, taking ownership of one or more core processes such as:

  • Daily processing of incoming funds
  • Payroll reporting
  • Share purchases
  • Dividends
  • Reconciliations
  • Sales, transfers and settlements

Your role helps ensure the plan runs flawlessly — meeting strict HMRC rules, delivering for clients, and supporting the Trustee in their responsibilities. When something doesn’t look right, you’ll be empowered to escalate quickly and effectively.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the day‑to‑day operation of the share plan with accuracy and care
  • Gain strong knowledge of our primary system (SIP system) and learn others as needed
  • Work as part of a team to complete key tasks like purchases, sales and dividends
  • Ensure all activities are completed within SLA
  • Manage inbox queries from internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service
  • Maintain awareness of key regulations including COBS, CASS and HMRC rules
  • Use the EQ escalation framework to manage risks responsibly
